Experience
Rachel brings more than a decade of experience as a school counselor, educator, and mental health professional working in diverse communities both in the United States and internationally. Her background includes elementary, middle, and high school counseling, career and college advising for military-affiliated families, and educational services leadership. She has completed her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has extensive training in academic, social, and emotional development.

Rachel believes that healing begins with a safe, trusting relationship. She uses a warm, strengths-based approach rooted in empathy, cultural responsiveness, and developmental understanding. Her therapeutic work combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and child-centered play therapy to support clients in building resilience and emotional regulation. Rachel has a gift for helping clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
